I purchased a gulf front home in Treasure Island, Fl. back in April 2014. The house needed a total transformation. I hired a project manager who hired McClure Contracting. The goal was to provide a major facelift of the home. I also asked McClure Contracting to create a "wow" factor to the house as I was planning on renting the house as an investment through a property management firm. The planning, quotes, and execution were flawless. Kevin kept me posted on all costs and provided great options for spending. The entire house was renovated on time and within budget but the wow factor exceeded expectations! The first floor leading to the pool was totally renovated, creating a lanai with a game room, entertainment area, fridge, grill, etc. Retractable shutters allow privacy or can be opened, providing a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The rest of the house was upgraded and modernized perfectly! I can't say enough of the fantastic job Kevin and Joni did with this property. I would definitely use them again on another project.
